John Icke
Interim CEO and Director


John Icke is a senior executive with more than 25 years global management experience, 16 in the role of President, General Manager or Chief Executive Officer, in both the private and public sector. He was previously the president of Accenture Business Services for Utilities, the largest business process outsourcing practice of its kind worldwide. Prior to joining Resinco Capital Partners Inc. where he holds the position of President and CEO, he had been a principal of JRI Strategy Consultants Inc., a business consultancy which provides strategic counseling and leadership to senior executives of mid and large cap corporations.

His previous positions include: president and CEO of Lily Cups Inc; founding director and chairman of Canadian Polystyrene Recycling Association (C.P.R.A.); corporate vice president and general manager of Indigo N.V.'s worldwide packaging business; and chief operating officer and executive vice president of Sweetheart Cup, a subsidiary of Fort Howard. Importantly, Mr. Icke has significant experience with private equity in addition to debt and public equity financings.

 
Jon Lever
CFO, Director


Mr. Lever is a Certified Management Accountant and has extensive experience with venture-stage private and public companies in the energy and natural resource industries. He began his career with Touche Ross & Co (now part of Deloitte) in 1985. In recent years, Mr. Lever served as Chief Financial Officer for Wealth Minerals Ltd and Tournigan Gold Incorporated. He currently serves as CFO for junior exploration companies Salmon River Resources Ltd. and Cascade Resources Ltd. He also acts as CFO for clean energy developer Finavera Renewables Inc.

 
Peter Mullens
Director


Mr. Mullens is a Director of Ironbark Pacific Pty Ltd. Mr. Mullens is also a Director of Lydian International Limited. Over the course of his distinguished career as a geologist he has been associated with a number of companies to include Laramide Resources where he was VP Exploration from September 2001 to June 2005 and a Consultant Geologist with Ironbark Geoservices from January 1999 to September 2001. He is a past Director o Goldgroup Mining Ltd. (formerly Sierra Minerals Inc.).

 
Richard Patricio
Director


Mr. Patricio is VP Legal and Corporate Affairs of Pinetree Capital Ltd. He has held that position since October 2005. Mr. Patricio is also a Director of Mega Precious Metals, Quetzal Energy Ltd., X-Terra Resources, Dejour Enterprises Ltd., Titan Uranium and U³O⁸ Corp. Additionally, Mr. Patricio is Executive Vice President of Mega Uranium Ltd. And VP Legal and Corporate Affairs of Brownstone Ventures Inc.

 
Hein Poulus
Director


Mr. Poulus is a lawyer and Partner with Stikeman Elliott LLP. He is Chairman and Director of Resinco Capital Partners Inc., Chairman and Director of Finavera Renewables Inc., Director of Tournigan Energy Ltd., and a Director of Sheen Resources Ltd.

 
Philip Williams
Director


Philip Williams is Vice President, Business Development at Pinetree Capital, one of Mega Moly's two major shareholders. He has 10 years of public market experience with a focus on junior resource companies. Mr. Williams' expertise includes evaluating new opportunities and raising funds. His wide range of relationships with issuers, investors and brokers will be beneficial to communicating the Mega Moly story to the market. Mr. Williams is a CFA Charter holder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

 
June Hamilton
Corporate Secretary


With over 25 years' experience in the corporate commercial law and investment banking fields in Ontario, Ms. Hamilton moved to British Columbia in 2006 where she was a paralegal with the Securities and Corporate Finance group of a large BC law firm prior to joining Longview Capital Partners Incorporated (now Resinco Capital Partners Inc.) as Corporate Secretary in June 2007. She was appointed Corporate Secretary to Mega Moly Inc. (now Terreno Resources Corp.) in November, 2007 and also currently serves as Corporate Secretary for Cue Resources Ltd. and Hill Top Resources Corp.
